How a Seven home is priced
Every home is priced from its own plans, finishes, and site — which is why the tool above asks about your lot, your size, and your style before anything else. The answer it earns is a starting point for a conversation, not a bid.
The real number comes the way it always has here: a fixed price from finished drawings. Items you have not chosen yet — selections like tile, fixtures, and appliances — carry defined allowances based on real completed homes in your market, and product standards and exclusions are documented on the bid and carried into the signed agreement.
From there the number holds still unless you move it: change orders and allowance decisions are approved and signed by you before work proceeds, and money is drawn only against completed work. MySeven, our project system, keeps the budget, the schedule, and every approval where you can see them.
