Central Texas pools developed a concrete problem — alkali-silica reaction, the slow chemistry that cracks shells from the inside. So we started independently testing our pools to help guard against it, before it becomes anyone’s problem. On the coast, the same discipline goes into salt-grade materials and detailing that stands up to the island.

We choose products and trade partners for long-term performance and warranty reliability — and we stand behind the work in writing: one year on workmanship and materials, two on systems, ten on the structure.
